ACTORS MANAGEMT
TURN YOUR ACTING INTO A REAL CAREER
What Actors Management
Means Here
It’s representation—built the way music labels represent and manage musicians. Rukolix studios signs you directly and provides you with continuous compensation for as long as you remain actively working with us. You continue earning while we represent you in production and acting opportunities, negotiate on your behalf, and help secure and manage endorsement and brand partnership deals.
Become a signed actorThe Nollywood/African reality
Most Nigerian films are self-funded by individual producers, not studios, so there's no industry-wide pay scale, actors are paid one flat fee, once, and nothing more no matter how many times the film later airs, resells, or streams. The industry's own guilds have little power to enforce better terms, so a real income only starts once you're already famous enough to negotiate for yourself.
We sign actors directly, the way music labels sign musicians, so your income doesn't stop the day filming wraps.
- An ongoing pay of what your titles earn — not just a one-time fee
- Sponsorship and brand deals negotiated on your behalf
- Contract terms in writing, not a verbal handshake on set
- You don't have to be a star to qualify
How we work with signed actors
Signing isn't the finish line, it's what puts the terms from the last section into practice, for as long as your work is on Rukolix.
A signed agreement, not a handshake
Every actor we work with signs a written agreement with Rukolix Studios, the same model labels use for signed musicians — spelling out exactly what you're owed and when, instead of a verbal understanding on set.
A cut of earnings, plus brand work
Beyond an ongoing pay of what your titles earn, signed actors get put forward for sponsorship deals and brand campaigns, with Rukolix handling the negotiation and taking an agreed cut alongside you.
From the day you sign, continuously after
It starts the day you sign and doesn't stop when a title drops — you earn for as long as people watch, and stay in the pipeline for the life of your contract.
On set and across every platform we run
In production, in campaign shoots, and across Rukolix's own promotional channels, your credit and your cut travel with the content wherever it's watched or shared.
